With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Gary Mawson has dedicated his career to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most significant financial transactions of their lives. As the seasoned Broker/Owner of Jersey Property Group Realty and an active real estate investor, he brings firsthand knowledge of buying and selling in all market conditions. He understands the importance of having the right representation—someone who ensures clients maximize their financial outcomes while making informed, confident decisions.

Gary’s journey in real estate began as a mortgage representative at Countrywide Home Loans, where he gained invaluable expertise in analyzing credit and financial documents to qualify clients for loans. This foundation set him apart in the real estate industry, allowing him to assess clients’ financial goals with a strategic approach—whether they’re purchasing their first home or building an investment portfolio.

After years of success in the industry, Gary and his wife took the next step and founded Jersey Property Group Realty, a brokerage built to provide top-tier service to buyers, sellers, and investors. More importantly, they established the firm to help agents grow their own businesses while also learning how to invest in real estate themselves. He firmly believes that every agent should have the opportunity to build long-term wealth, not just through sales but by owning real estate as well.

During the market downturn, Gary co-founded Real Time Property Management, helping homeowners turn their properties into income-generating assets while waiting for equity growth. This experience further deepened his understanding of market cycles and property investment strategies.

Beyond assisting clients and mentoring agents, Gary is passionate about real estate investing and actively growing his portfolio of residential rental properties. His goal is to acquire 100 doors in the next four years, and he welcomes opportunities to connect with like-minded investors. Whether clients are looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate—or if agents are seeking a brokerage that supports their growth—Gary is committed to helping them achieve their goals.

Instead, I provide information and education through out the process so my clients can make the best decisions for themselves; and so my clients can make the best decision for themselves, and it seems to be working.
