Toby Stark is the founder of Stark Associates Insurance Agency in Tinton Falls, NJ. The agency
specializes in Medicare planning, group and individual benefits, long-term care and disability
benefits.

Toby has been an active member of NABIP since 2009 and served as president of the National
Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) from 2016 to 2017.He also serves
on the NABIP state legislative affairs committee. In this role, Toby meets with legislators on the
viewpoints of the association. The regular meetings serve as an education so that these
regulators have a better understanding of the large scope of impact and how it could affect their
constituents.

Toby also serves on the board of directors of the Monmouth – Ocean Development Council and
volunteers regularly with the local Eatontown Lions Club where he has been a member for 17
years.
